Welcome to the Krijuna mobile application ("App"), operated by Krijuna Research and Analytics ("Krijuna"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Subscription and Services:
a. The App provides stock recommendations and timely updates on recommendations to subscribed Users for a specific subscription fee.
b. Users must be legally eligible to enter into a subscription agreement.

Subscription Fees and Payments:
a. All subscription fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
b. Payment terms and methods will be specified within the App.
c. Krijuna reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice to Users.

Use of Recommendations:
a. Users acknowledge that stock recommendations provided by Krijuna are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
b. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and should conduct independent research before acting on any recommendation.

User Conduct:
a. Users agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. Users shall not engage in any unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of the App or its content.
c. Users shall not attempt to access or interfere with the App's security features or networks.

Intellectual Property:
a. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to Krijuna or its licensors.
b. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the App without prior written consent from Krijuna.

Governing Law:
a. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat.
