• Target prices, stop losses and holding periods are analytical estimates made on the date of publication. They are not assurances. Krijuna is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of its research.

Stocks: Investment Picks and Trading Calls

• Investment Picks are medium- to long-term research views on listed equities.
• Trading Calls are short-term views (typically days to a few weeks) and carry higher risk. Prices can gap through a stop loss before an exit is possible.
• If you act on any call using derivatives, margin or other leverage, you do so at your own risk, and losses can exceed the capital you deploy. As per SEBI studies, 9 out of 10 individual traders in the equity Futures & Options segment incurred net losses.

Mutual funds and ETFs

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.

• Our fund views are research on schemes and ETFs. They are not personalised advice.
• Krijuna does not distribute mutual funds and receives no commission from any AMC or distributor.
• Return figures are historical, and calculator projections are hypothetical illustrations, not assured returns.

IPOs

• Our IPO notes are research views based on the offer document. Read the Red Herring Prospectus, especially its Risk Factors, before applying.
• There is no assurance of allotment, of the listing price or of listing gains.
• Grey Market Premium (GMP) is an unofficial, unregulated third-party quote. It is not recognised by SEBI or the stock exchanges. Krijuna does not deal in, verify or endorse grey-market activity.
• SME IPOs carry higher risk and lower liquidity.

Research reports

Each report carries its own analyst certification and disclosures: ownership, conflicts of interest and compensation. Read them with the report.

Unlisted shares

• Unlisted shares are not traded on a recognised stock exchange. Prices are indicative dealer quotes.
• They are highly illiquid and subject to post-listing lock-in.
• Krijuna does not buy, sell or facilitate transactions in them.

Past performance

Use of Artificial Intelligence tools

Krijuna uses AI tools only to assist with drafting, summarising public information, translation and producing educational audio-visual material. Every research view, rating, target price and stop loss is formed and approved by our SEBI-registered research analyst, who remains solely responsible for it. Client personal data is not entered into AI tools.
