Additionally, we may conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve user experience. Your consent is implied when providing personal information about another person, such as a minor or joint account holder.

KYC and Identity Documents

As a Research Analyst registered with SEBI, we are required to identify every client before providing research services. To meet that obligation we collect and store the following through our website and mobile apps:

• Your PAN, together with an image of your PAN card
• A proof of address document
• A photograph or selfie, used to verify that the documents belong to you

Our mobile apps request access to your camera and photo library for the sole purpose of letting you capture or upload these documents. Access is requested only at the point you choose to upload, and the app does not read your photo library for any other reason.

These documents are held for as long as your account is active and for the retention period required by SEBI thereafter. They are used only for client identification and regulatory record keeping. They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with analytics providers or data brokers. You may request deletion of your account and the associated documents as described in our Account Deletion Instructions, subject to the records we are legally required to retain.

Consent to Contact

By providing your phone number on our website, you consent to receiving communications regarding our products and services, including promotional offers. This overrides registration on the National Do Not Call (DNC) registry in India. You may opt-out of receiving telemarketing calls at any time.

Cookies

Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all websites, at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Meta allows you to control how your activity off its platforms is used, in the settings of your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to use this website or your Krijuna account in any way.

The Krijuna mobile application does not include the Meta Pixel.
